SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3 days for processing when you order. Shipping is free within the continental US. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been placed for delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is simple. If you have damaged the wood, i.e. it has cracked or come apart, or broken the glass, we might be able to fix it. We would need you to take pictures of the damage and email them to us. If it is damage we can repair, or attempt to repair, we will send you a box for return. All you would need to do is put your product in that box and ship back to us. We provide the shipping labels and box...at no cost to you. If we receive damaged product and cannot make the repair, we will offer a discounted price on your next purchase.
